Rosie, founder of BeingWell Therapy has developed the Lifestyle Reset Workshop to help you reset your lifestyle and get you on the road to enjoy a lifestyle which is more accustomed to prioritising balance.
Rosie is an Occupational therapist with experience in both the NHS and charity sectors, treating people with varying levels of lifestyle imbalance; including those with PTSD, depression & anxiety, pain and those with have no diagnosed injury/ illness but feel their lifestyle is not satisfying their needs.
During this two and a half hour workshop you will learn:
- Practical tools and strategies to help you reset and realign your lifestyle.
- The importance of a restful nights sleep - identify habits which may be affecting your sleep pattern and learn proven solutions which will improve your concentration levels, motivation, social skills and immune system.
- SMART goals - pinpoint ways to improve your daily routine - find a balance which works for you.
- How to build levels of self belief and confidence through finding order in your day-to-day.
