Fast Track EMS

Fast Track offer a range of health and fitness options, including:
- Personal Training
- Group or private pilates classes
- Injury rehab using Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
- EMS fitness sessions
- Nutrition advice
- Sports massage

All our health and fitness services are available from our private studio in Twyford, at your home, online or at your choice of venue outside (PT only). We have a small team of 4 trainers, with a wide range of skills and experience. We work with all ages and fitness levels, but do a lot of work with clients who are 40+ and don't particularly like the gym environment. We also get fantastic results for those suffering from back injuries, as well as knee, hip and shoulder injuries.
